Festival Collecties — Exclusieve Samenwerkingen
Moderne typografie voor de creatieve industrie
Festival Logos
Since 2019, LetterLab has designed bespoke type systems for over twelve Dutch creative festivals. Each collaboration begins with a three-day typographic workshop at the festival's home city, resulting in a logo family and a limited-edition font release.
Rotterdam International Film Festival
Commissioned in 2020. The RIFF type system features a 14-weight sans-serif family with extended Latin character support, designed for bilingual poster campaigns across Dutch and English.
Dutch Design Week — Eindhoven
Ongoing partnership since 2018. LetterLab supplies the annual DDW exhibition typeface, with a new experimental serif released each October. The 2024 iteration, "Eindhoven Grotesk No. 7," includes variable-axis weight and width controls.
Grachtenfestival Amsterdam
Launched in 2021. A humanist serif inspired by 17th-century Dutch canal architecture. The Grachten Serif family spans 8 weights and is licensed exclusively for festival print and digital campaigns.
Noorderlicht Fotofestival — Groningen
Commissioned in 2022. A monospaced display type designed for large-format photography exhibition signage. Includes 2,400 characters across Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic scripts.
